Tuesdays 6:30pm - 8:00pm HST 

An immersive direct engagement with Hawaiian chant. Participants will be guided through a repertoire of chants to learn their history, meaning and application. Training will be given in traditional vocal techniques and exercises. Assignments and activities will guide in building understanding and relationship between chant and chanters. Course concludes with Hoʻike and ʻAha.
